The ASAP internal filter combines an energy-efficient motor with a stylish housing and a large transparent filter bowl filled with a specially selected filtration sponge. The sponge quickly becomes colonised by beneficial bacteria, providing both biological and mechanical filtration to help keep aquarium water clear and safe for fish and other inhabitants. Maintenance is straightforward, with the filter bowl easy to replace and the sponge able to be rinsed in water drained from the tank without removing the whole unit, saving time and effort. Suitable for aquaterrariums as well as aquariums, it can operate in shallow water as low as 5 cm and helps oxygenate the water by creating strong surface movement. Available in 300, 500 and 700 l/h models, it is suitable for tanks from a few dozen litres up to 250 litres, making it a practical choice for both beginners and experienced aquarists.
