Wine Yeast for All purpose wine --- All purpose red, All purpose white, Mead, Cider, Bordeaux White, Bordeaux Red, Burgundy Red, Tokay, Sherry, Malaga, Champagne, Riesling, Sparkling Wine To use: Add the contents of this sachet to about 100ml of luke warm water (approx. 30°C) containing 1/2 tsp of sugar. Leave for 15 minutes. Stir well then add to must.
