This kit provides everything needed to upgrade a water butt or rain barrel outlet: 1 x 3/4" BSP water butt extension (EXTENSION34BSPM-F), 1 x locking nut (BUTT34BSPM-NUT), 2 x sealing washers (BUTT34BSPM-WASHER), 1 x 3/4" BSP in-line soft-touch valve (HCV34BSPM001BLACK), 1 x 3/4" BSP to 13mm brass hose barb adaptor (BR-TC13B-34BSPF), and 1 x 27mm HSS hole saw drill bit (DB27MM). The male-to-female BSP extension increases the outlet length by 50mm and fits a 26mm hole, making it easier to connect hoses or fill containers. Use the supplied 27mm hole saw to create a compatible opening if your container is not already threaded. The locking nut and sealing washers secure the fitting and form a leak-resistant seal. The lightweight plastic in-line valve features male BSP threads for simple installation and a soft-touch handle for precise flow control. The brass hose barb adaptor connects 13mm hose to a 3/4" BSP thread with a secure, corrosion-resistant joint. Note: PTFE tape not included.
