This kit contains a ½" BSPM-F water butt connector, a corrosion-resistant brass garden tap with snap-on hose connection, and a 21mm HSS hole saw drill bit. The plastic connector fits containers with a female thread for quick, tool-free installation and a watertight seal. For unthreaded barrels, drill a 21mm hole, remove the rear nut and washer, insert the fitting and secure it from inside using the supplied components. Washers on both sides help ensure a tight, leak-free fit. The brass tap has a ½" BSP male inlet, a snap-on male hose connector for fast hose attachment and a simple turn-handle for easy flow control. The 21mm HSS cutter produces clean holes in plastic, wood and thin metal. PTFE tape is not included.
