This kit includes a ½" BSP water butt connector and a polished brass garden tap with 13mm barbed hose outlet. The plastic connector has a female BSP outlet that screws into existing female threads on water butts for a secure, leak-resistant fit. If your container has no thread, drill a hole, remove the back nut and one washer, push the connector through, then replace the washer and nut on the inside and tighten to create a sealed connection.
