This G 1/2 inch pneumatic FRL (Filter Regulator Lubricator) unit is used to filter out contaminants larger than 5 microns and regulate the output pressure between 0.1 to 3.0 bar (1 to 44 psi). and lubricate the air with oil. The regulator is self-relieving. Includes a pressure gauge. The max flow rate is 5800 l/min (always use the flow chart for correct sizing). The semi-auto drain valve will open every time the compressed air is shut off. Suitable for a 16.0 bar (232 psi) max input and temperatures between -10 and 60 °C (14 and 140 °F). The min flow for oil drip is 140 l/min. The oil capacity is 125 cm3. To adjust the output pressure, pull the hand wheel up and twist. Lock by pushing the wheel back in.
