This self-venting (3/2) shut-off valve is used for pressurizing and exhausting the pneumatic systems. It can be used independently or in conjunction with an FRL assembly. By quickly preventing air from reaching part of the system in use, shut off valves make servicing equipment easier without affecting the rest of the system. The use of a self-venting valve is often a legal requirement to prevent non-authorized personnel from unintentionally pressurizing a machine. The valve has G 1/2 inch connection ports, the maximum flow rate is 11000 l/min and the maximum working pressure is 16 bar (232.0 psi). A rotary knob is used to switch the valve. The threaded connection with the silencer allows for ducted exhaust. A padlock can be used to lock the valve.
