This pneumatically actuated 2-way DN 50 full bore flanged ball valve is made of steel with Teflon (PTFE) sealings. The valve is suitable for water, oil and air up to a maximum pressure of 40 bar (580 psi), vacuum (max. -0.9 bar or -13 psi) and media temperatures from -20 to 180 °C (-4 to 356 °F). The actuator withstands temperatures up to 80 °C (176 °F), so for higher media temperatures the actuator should be cooled. The double acting actuator has an aluminum housing with aluminum covers. ATEX (EX II 2GD c 85 °C (size 12 or greater: 110 deg;C) certified for explosive environments. The actuator has G 1/8 inch air ports and a 1/4 Namur interface to directly mount a solenoid valve. A limit switch box compliant to VDI/VDE 3854 can be mounted on top.
