Developed by Polymaker, Fiberon™ PA6-CF20 is a Nylon (PA6) filament reinforced with 20% carbon fibre. The carbon fibre blend provides improved stiffness, strength and heat resistance as well as outstanding layer adhesion. Good chemical resistance also Nylon filament reinforced with 20% carbon fibre for excellent strength and stiffness Fibre Adhesion™ technology ensures strong bonding and cohesive prints Withstands temperatures up to 215°C, suitable for applications with high thermal loads Suitable for printing speeds up to 300mm/s Printing Temperature: 280°C - 300°C Recommended Bed Temperature: 40°C - 50°C 0.5kg Weight, supplied on cardboard spool Spool Dimensions (Dia.xW): 200x65.6mm, 55mm inner hole diameter Note: Abrasion of the brass nozzle happens frequently when printing Fiberon™ PA6-CF20. A wear-resistance nozzle, such as hardened steel and ruby nozzle, is highly recommended to be used with Fiberon™ PA6-CF20. Filament on spool Note: Fiberon™ PA6-CF20 is sensitive to moisture and should always be stored and used under dry conditions (relative humidity below 20%).
