Developed by Polymaker, Fiberon™ PA612-CF15 is a long-chain copolyamide (PA612) filament reinforced with 15% carbon fibre content. This unique filament blend easily outperforms standard PA12-based filaments for tensile strength and durability, providing PA612 filament reinforced with 15% carbon fibre for strength and improved thermal stability Unique chemical structure absorbs significantly less moisture for consistent mechanical properties, even in humid environments Warp-Free™ technology improves dimensional accuracy and allows printing at lower bed temperatures Suitable for printing speeds up to 300mm/s Printing Temperature: 250°C - 300°C Recommended Bed Temperature: 40°C - 50°C 0.5kg Weight, supplied on cardboard spool Spool Dimensions (Dia.xW): 200x65.6mm, 55mm inner hole diameter Note: Abrasion of the brass nozzle happens frequently when printing Fiberon™ PA612-CF15. A wear-resistance nozzle, such as hardened steel and ruby nozzle, is highly recommended to be used with Fiberon™ PA612-CF15. Filament on spool Note: Fiberon™ PA612-CF15 is sensitive to moisture and should always be stored and used under dry conditions (relative humidity below 20%).
