This Laowa 9mm f2.8 Zero-D lens is a seriously compact, ultra-wide-angle lens made specifically for APS-C mount cameras. It offers an equivalent 13.5mm focal length, as well as limiting distortion to achieve an accurate portrayal of landscape and architectural subjects. This lens also offers an optical construction consisting of a pair of aspherical elements and three extra-low dispersion elements. These control spherical and chromatic aberrations to improve corner to corner sharpness and reduced colour fringing. This high-performing prime lens covers up to 113° angle of view - the widest in its class. The Laowa 9mm f2.8 lens is a perfect match for mirrorless cameras due to its lightweight construction and compact size; suitable for use on most gimbals. A Frog Eye Coating repels dust and moisture from the front element of the lens, enabling use in trying environmental conditions.
