Weighing in at just 675g, this Laowa lens is so light that it is both suitable for handheld use and gimbal tracking. Featuring a maximum aperture of T2.9 (16 elements in 10 groups) built up of 7 blades, this cine lens produces a soft, agreeable bokeh and a 17.78cm (7"") close-focus distance. The shallow depth of field produces little to no distortion, with the focus, aperture, and depth of field markings clearly listed (in ft) along the lens body. The 102mm front diameter can be stepped up to 114m (adapter included), to fit industry-standard matte boxes to minimise glare and reflection, or to add filters.
