Hernö Gin infused with bucketfuls of ripe blackcurrant berries, matured for a couple of days and then pressed. Finally sweetened to enhance all the flavours of the fruit. Hernö Blackcurrant Liqueur is inspired by the nature in the World Heritage of The High Coast of Sweden using organic botanicals including juniper, lemon, lingonberries and blackcurrant. A light and sweet jammy liqueur, with a lower abv which is perfect for mixing gin cocktails. The blackcurrant works perfectly with champagne for a kir royale.
