This tapestry is lined and incorporates a rod-pocket at the top for hanging as a wall decoration or could also be framed as a piece of art.\nMeasures 68 cm (high) x 48 cm (wide). This quality tapestry fabric is woven by master weavers in Flanders and then the wall hanging is finished by a family firm in England.\nThe traditional technique of weaving\ntapestries was revived by William Morris in the last quarter of the 19th\nCentury through his firm of Morris & Co whose workshops were at Merton\nAbbey in Surrey.
