Home Brew (Kviek) - 10g\n\nHORNINDIAL KVEIK YEAST\n\nHi & thanks for visiting us here at Crossmyloof Brew.\n\nEvery pack has enough viable yeast to brew up to 23L (5 Gallons) of your lovingly brewed beer. The yeast is a dried yeast, not an isolate.\n\nKveik means yeast in Norwegian. Hornindial ferments between 25-40\u00B0C (77-104\u00B0F) with the best temperature up at 35-40\u00B0C (95-104\u00B0F). A fast fermentation is achieved within the optimal temperature range, with full attenuation typically achieved within 2-3 days. The flavour profile is consistent across the entire temperature range, i.e. neutral with subtle tropical fruit notes.\n\nFermentation times: \u2013 2-4 days at 40\u00B0C (104\u00B0F), 3-4 days at 30\u00B0C (86\u00B0F), 5-7 days at 25\u00B0C (77\u00B0F)\n\nMedium to high attenuation and high flocculation.
