Our Tequila’s signature taste is spicy, herbaceous and compex, a typical example of a lowland-style tequila derived from the 100% hand-harvested blue weber agave grown in the volcanic lowland region of Amatitán, Jalisco CASA HERRADURA USES A 100% NATURAL FERMENTATION PROCESS: Being a hacienda, our casa houses over 16 different species of fruit trees on the grounds; adding their own unique strain of airborne yeast to open fermentation tanks, resulting in a bright, citrusy and smooth taste, making our tequila ultra premium and perfect for sipping, cocktails and gifting.
