Launched to celebrate six decades of 007 on screen, OMEGA’s Seamaster Diver 300M in stainless steel is replete with Bond movie tributes, including a playful and dynamic nod to the iconic opening sequence, known and loved by Bond fans all over the world the OMEGA 210.30.42.20.03.002 watch combines a 42mm round shaped stainless-steel case and 20mm wide silver stainless-steel mesh bracelet with a push button deployment clasp. It has a blue oxalic anodized aluminium analogue dial with luminescent hands which is protected beneath domed scratch resistant sapphire crystal glass with anti-reflective treatments on both sides. Power is generated by the chronometer certified automatic OMEGA calibre 8806 movement which can be seen through the sapphire crystal case back and has a power reserve of 55 hours. The iconic movie opening sequence, featuring bond in silhouette and spinning gun barrel, plays out on the case back, beneath a sapphire crystal decorated with micro-structed metallisation. The “moire” effect animation is linked to the spinning of the lollipop seconds hand. Magnetic fields are the nemeses of mechanical watches and this movement can resist forces of 15,000 gauss.This model also has a water resistance of up to 300 metres. Watch also features a blue unidirectional rotating bezel. This watch has been tested and approved by the swiss federal institue of metrology.
