This time, it's an extra dry vermouth dubbed Purgatorio, featuring Arneis DOC wine at its core, with herbaceous hints and crisp citrus notes developing along the way. Sure to make for a fantastic Martini, but should also do well simply served with chilled water, ice, and a lemon twist.
