Italeri 1/72 Sd Kfz 251/10 Sch\u00FCtzenpanzerwagen 3.7cm Pak36\n\nGerman Platoon Leader Command Vehicle\n\n20mm Scale\n\nBrand new, sealed and unbuilt. \n\nRef No : IT7079\n\nA superb and detailed model of the versatile German half track. The 251 was used throughout the war from 1939 right through to 1945 and saw service on all fronts. The 251 was the subject of many many variants from command vehicles to ambulances and, here, as the Sd Kfz 251/10 Platoon Leader Command Vehicle.\n\nThe Sd Kfz 251/10 provided an armoured mobile platform to direct infantry operations with limited anti armour capability - at least before the 3.7cm Pak36 was considered obsolete. The 251/10 was largely used between 1940 and 1942 before being phased out by 1943. It was replaced by the Sd Kfz 251/22 mounting the 7.5cm Pak40.
