An elegant pink grapefruit-infused aroma, with a hint of sea salt. Persistent, graceful red fruits to taste, with a crunchy-fresh cranberry bite and delicate, pithy citrus note on the finish. A group of vineyard owners from the Saint-Tropez peninsula set up this organisation in 1964, and have since gained a reputation as leaders in the Provence region, both at home and abroad. The winegrowers each vinify their grapes in the cellars of their own estates, while the Maitres Vignerons office oversees the distribution and sales. Tasting Notes: Aromas of peach and fresh pineapple on a fine lemony and saline structure, awakened by an airy vivacity. To be enjoyed with a platter of raw vegetables, anchovies and grilled sea bass.
