A CORNER OF TUSCANY, MAREMMA: The ideal example of a Tuscan farm, Rocca di Montemassi is a mosaic of technology and wisdom that cultivates grains and Maremma livestock, all while being home to vineyards that generate wines full of strength and character TUSCAN CELEBRATION WINES: Raise a glass to Christmas with exquisite red and white wines from Tuscany — rich, smooth, and beautifully balanced, perfect for festive feasts and joyful toasts. CALASOLE: A white wine of exceptional character with a brilliant straw-yellow colour that is fresh, full-bodied and well-balanced made from 100% Vermentino grapes. Best served chilled at 10-12°C THE CRAFT: Grapes are picked by hand, are soft pressed and then undergo a temperature-controlled fermentation process that takes place between 15-18°C in stainless steel tanks, after which the wine remains on its fine lees for 4 months prior to bottling ENJOY EVERY GLASS: Substantial yet fresh on the palate with hints of citrus and almondy notes, the bouquet will treat you to aromas of white flowers with spicy notes and hints of barely ripe fruit
