All Chianti wine is of superior quality and qualified as DOCG, the highest level of Italian wine SANGIOVESE GRAPES: Chianti is crafted from 100% Sangiovese grapes that are pressed and left to macerate for a week, after which they undergo alcoholic and malolactic fermentations resulting in a rounder wine that's lower in acidity and full of flavour TASTING NOTES: A Bright ruby-red wine that is soft and fruity, this Chianti is an easy-drinking red wine with scents of violets and wild berries and flavours of red cherry that add a fresh finish for a dry, full and properly balanced experience PAIRING NOTES: Best served at 18°C, our Chianti is perfectly suited to accompany the hearty flavours of country cooking and as it ages it becomes ideal to pair with any roast, red meat, and cheese.
