A PASSION FOR WINE: In Lajatico, Tuscany, the Bocelli family shared a significant piece of their familial history and presented one of their great passions - wine, creating an outstanding ‘Made In Italy’ recognized throughout the world VINIFICATION: Viognier and Vermentino grapes are harvested in the morning and pressed at 11-12°C; the must is decanted for 24-48 hours, and after it has clarified, it's fermented at 16°C; Aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks with weekly bâtonnage COLOUR: A brilliant straw yellow that reflects the freshness and acidity that is found during a precise and caring vinification THE BOUQUET & TASTE: An inviting nose with elegant aromas of white flowers and notes of exotic fruit; the palate offers a medium structure and persistence with a pleasantly acidic experience in the mouth PAIRING NOTES: An excellent wine that excels when served as an aperitif or when paired with fish or vegetable first courses; the Bianco is also an ideal choice to accompany seafood, shellfish and salt-crusted fish
