Still and sparkling wines that epitomize exceptional quality and value GRAN CUVÈE: A sparkling white wine bottled in the North of Italy, the home of Italian sparkling wine. Gran Cuvée is produced from a blend of Garganega, Trebbiano and Chardonnay grapes. This pale straw yellow wine is best served chilled at 5-6°C VINIFICATION: Once harvested, the grapes are delicately pressed to avoid the skin colour transferring to the must. The fermentation is temperature-controlled and the finished wine is carbonated via the Charmat method THE TASTE: The Gran Cuvée has a lively, evanescent frothiness with delightful fruity hints which creates an exquisite sparkling wine that is a pleasure to indulge in PAIRING NOTES: This sparkling white wine makes an excellent aperitif. It is the ideal accompaniment for quick, light meals and pairs perfectly with fish crudités and fruit salads
