Bottega Gold is a Prosecco DOC, obtained from the white vinification of Glera grapes grown in the hilly area of the province of Treviso. Bottega Gold has been defined as the “Glamor Sparkling Wine” which is characterized by the bottle with the distinctive golden livery. Color and Appearance: Brilliant, straw yellow, fine and persistent perlage. Smell: Typical, characteristic and refined with fruity notes (in particular green apple, pear, citrus fruits), floral notes (white flowers, acacia, wisteria and lily of the valley) and to close with sage and spicy. Taste: Soft, harmonious and elegant, with a slender body and with present and well-harmonized acidity. Pairings: Aperitif and special occasions. Creamed cod, risotto with Prosecco, sea bass fillet with salt.
