It’s made by Ruggeri, who have a selection of vineyards across Veneto, where grapes like Glera and Pinot Noir thrive. Committed to sustainability, winemaker – and now owner – Fabio Roversi, says he is guided by the belief that ‘you cannot dominate nature – you have to interpret it.’ Peach-pink in colour, expect raspberry, redcurrant, citrus, and even a hint of rosemary. Incredibly versatile, it’s perfect as an apéritif, with light dishes, or fruit-based desserts.
