Best quality flexible aluminium oxide abrasive made in Italy by Imperial, not to be compared on price with cheap Chinese sandpaper rolls which are all over the Internet at attractive prices. The Chinese ones are probably fine when they come out of the factory, but the problem is they then spend weeks sitting around in the docks and on ships in unheated containers subject to all kinds of changes in temperature and humidity. This can damage the bond which holds the abrasive to the cloth, leading to all the grit rapidly falling off when you try to use it.
