Aged in wooden barrels for several months this Vermouth is crafted from a Nebbiolo base wine. Balsamic and mentholated notes, accompany aromas of wormwood, bitter orange and spices. Soft and full on the palate, with a perfect balance between the alcohol and the sugar, interlaced with pleasantly bitter and smooth rhubarb notes. MAIN BOTANICALS: Wormwood, Alpine mint, rhubarb, cloves, mace It is the only vermouth in the world that is created from 100% Italian white and red wines, with 100% flavoring data from vegetables and produced internally to the company that mature for six months in small oak barrels.
