This perennial is a highly aromatic and flavoursome herb with culinary and\nmedicinal uses and, along with the similar-tasting anise, is one of the primary\ningredients of absinthe. This variety is great added to the trout or salmon cooked in foil in\n the oven with some butter, lemon juice, salt and pepper. In each packet\n there are four grams of seeds, approx 1200 seeds. Sow them in March to end June. Harvest May to October.
