These lemons are unique and unmatched, when it comes to their aroma, taste, balance between citric tartness and sugars, and richness of essential oils. With no colourings or flavours, our liqueur is produced through the infusion in alcohol of only peels of "Sorrento Lemon PGI," rich in essential oils that give an unmistakable aroma and taste to the product. Perfect Serves - Limoncello Di Capri Spritz Ingredients - 75ml Prosecco, 50ml Limoncello Di capri, 25ml soda water, sprig of mint and a twist of lemon. Preparation - pour all the ingredients into a white wine goblet add ice and stir, garnish with a sprig of mint and a lemon twist. Di Capri and tonic - Ingredients 50ml Limoncello Di Capri, 150ml tonic water, sprig of mint and lemon zest.
