EASY CLEAN ENAMEL INTERIOR The enamel finish of the oven cavity has a special antacid lining which helps to reduce the amount of dirt adhering to the surface. PYROLYTIC SELF CLEANING Through the pyrolytic cleaning function, all dirt and grease is burned away effortlessly and transformed into ash which can be simply wiped away. There is no need for detergents, thanks to the extremely high temperature reached by the oven (500 °C). STEAM COOKING Steam cooking is a natural and healthy way to preserve vitamins and nutrients in food. Flavours are intensified and food is kept moist so it is juicier and more tender than traditional cooking alone but it also still gives a crisp outside. This extremely versatile way of cooking allows a huge variety of different foods to be expertly cooked such as seafood, pasta, meat and rice, providing restaurant quality results every time. Bread can also be produced to a professional bakery standard by creating a lightly aerated dough with an excellent crust. 5 COOKING LEVELS 5 different cooking levels guarantee maximum flexibility, allowing you to cook different dishes at the same time. Sabbath compliant This oven includes a dedicated Sabbath function which allows you to use the oven during the Sabbath, the day of rest in the Jewish community. It has been specifically designed to meet the strict Shabbat law requirements and as such has been certified Super Kosher compliant by the Rabbis at FedTech (The Federation of Synagogues) BBQ FUNCTION By purchasing the reversible BBQ pan accessory, it is possible to cook meat, fish and vegetables in the best possible way by selecting the BBQ program. AIRFRY FUNCTION By purchasing the airfry tray it is possible to fry using less cooking fat, using the AIRFRY program. STONE FUNCTION By purchasing the STONE refractory baking stone, it is possible to cook a crispy pizza in just 4 minutes, by setting the appropriate program. Cooking Functions Static Upper and lower element only: a traditional cooking method best suited for single items located in the centre of the oven. the top pf the oven will always be hottest. Ideal for roast, fruit cakes, bread etc. Fan Assisted Fan with upper and lower elements: The elements combined with the fan aim to provide more uniform heat, a similar method to conventional cooking, so pre-heat is required. Most suitable for items requiring slow cooking methods. Circulaire The combination of the fan and circular element around it gives a hot air cooking method. This provides many benefits including no preheat if cook time is more than 20 minutes, no flavour transfer when cooking different foods at the same time, less energy, and shorter cook times. Good for all types of food. Turbo Circulaire with upper and lower elements: The use of the fan with both elements allows food to be cooked quickly and effectively, ideal for large joints that require thorough cooking. It offers a similar result to rotisserie, moving the heat around the food, instead of moving the food itself, enabling any size or shape to be cooked. ECO The combination of the grill, fan and lower element is particularly suitable for cooking small quantities of food. Large Grill Grill element: Using of grill gives excellent results when cooking meat of medium and small portions, especially when combined with a rotisserie (where possible). Also ideal for cooking sausages and bacon. Base In gas ovens the fan distributes the heat quickly and evenly throughout the oven cavity, avoiding flavour transfer when cooking a number of different dishes at the same time.
