Tamarind seed polysaccharide (TSP) is a new lubricant, found to act like mucin (the mucous layer) in tears and replicate its sticky, mucoadhesive action. This action allows the tears to remain on the surface of the eye for longer, reducing discomfort by keeping the cornea hydrated. Combined with the established and natural lubricant, sodium hyaluronate, both ingredients work together to effectively soothe and lubricate the eyes for longer. \n\nEach HydraMed Pack contains 30unit dose vials each of 0.5ml. \n\.
