High-precision testing: This pencil hardness tester achieves a testing accuracy of ±0.01mm, providing accurate, reliable, and highly repeatable results. A 250g precision weight supports three load settings: 500g, 750g, and 1000g (Basic mode - thin coating/Standard mode - general coating/Reinforced mode - thick coating), adapting to various coating hardness testing needs and ensuring accurate and authoritative test data. Standardized operating procedure: ① When sharpening the pencil, leave 5-6mm of wood. Hold the pencil vertically at a 90° angle and sand with sandpaper until the lead end is smooth and burr-free. ② When loading the pencil, adjust it so that the lead naturally contacts the test surface. ③ Push the pencil at a 45° angle at a uniform speed (0.5-1mm/s, pushing distance ≥7mm). Simple operation allows for efficient testing by a single person, optimizing the workflow. Scientific scratch judgment technology: Intelligently determines coating hardness based on scratch length: no scratches indicate a harder pencil; >3mm obvious scratches require a softer pencil; ≤3mm minor scratches indicate the coating hardness value. Equipped with standard 6B~6H drawing pencils and a hardness chart, results are clearly and intuitively interpreted, ensuring reliable and traceable data. Stainless Steel Reinforced Structure: Utilizing a high-quality stainless steel body, high-hardness wear-resistant rollers with a three-point contact structure (two wheels and one core), and rust-proof and corrosion-resistant surface treatment. Alloy bearings ensure smooth operation with low resistance, guaranteeing even scratches; anti-oxidation design extends service life, maintaining precision and stability even after long-term use.
