Quickly and easily whip up a batch of delicious custard flavoured cream (without eggs) thanks to this handy mix from Saracino! With a silky smooth, glossy finish, this handy powder mix is a kitchen cupboard secret weapon for professional cake artists and hobby bakers alike. It has a lovely vanilla flavour and delivers consistent results every time! How to use: Add 100g of CREAMIX to 330g milk (or water) at a temperature of around 40 °C and stir with a whisk for a few minutes to hydrate the powder. Then use an immersion blender to mix the product until obtaining a smooth and silky consistency. Allow to rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Approx: 500g. Storage advice: Product must be stored in a cool and dry place, away from direct light and heat sources
