Created in collaboration with surrealist artist Beto Val, the 'Floroucan' decorative plate by La DoubleJ encapsulates the maximalist style of the Milanese brand. Tones of black, white and orange dominate in a dreamlike scene where birds are also flowers, and flowers are birds. Handpainted on ivory porcelain, the long stamen of a flamingo flower emerges from the mouth of a toucan, who is surrounded by orange-petalled flowers and miniature life, and is perched on top of a fish. Green leaves encircle the piece, which is edged with red dot detailing. The plate can be displayed alongside other pieces from the 'Fantastic Creatures' collection. Dishwasher safe.
