Thanks to an ECC 83 tube in the preamp section, you have an authentic sound and no need to use pedals for a warm drive. All controls and connections, except the power and speaker connections, are on the front of the amp top where they are easy to reach and oversee. With a built-in limiter, the ability to adjust the frequency response from flat to old or scooped, a send/return effects loop and, in addition, a balanced line-out with its own volume control, you really do have everything you need for a successful gig.
