A sophisticated, sculptural construction of light that explores the notion of balance. London-based Cypriot designer Michael Anastassiades explains: I came across a video of a juggler. He was spinning a Toy of balls, moving them around on his arms and down to his fingertips. And as I was fascinated by the magic of his art, suddenly the balls seemed perfectly still. I wanted to capture that precise moment. That was my starting point. The initials IC come from the codes that the English police use in their reports to define the ethnicity of the people they stop in the street: IC1 for a Northern European, IC2 for a Hispanic, IC3 for an Afro-Caribbean.It's a fun way of defining the different models in this collection.
