Anna de Codorn\u00EDu Blanc de Blancs Cava 75cl: the original Chardonnay cava\n\nAnna de Codorn\u00EDu Blanc de Blancs Cava 75cl is the brand's most emblematic bottle \u2014 and a piece of cava history. When the first vintage went on sale in 1984, it was the first cava ever to put Chardonnay at the heart of the blend. Named in homage to Anna de Codorn\u00EDu, the last of the family to carry the Codorn\u00EDu name, it remains elegant, fresh and unmistakably refined.\nChardonnay-led, aged over 15 months\n\nThis Blanc de Blancs is made from around 70% Chardonnay with the native Parellada, Xarel\u00B7lo and Macabeo \u2014 all white grapes, true to the Blanc de Blancs name. Made by the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle, it's aged for more than 15 months on the lees in Codorn\u00EDu's historic cellars. That gives it its signature: a brilliant yellow with green tints, a fine, persistent bead, bright citrus and orchard fruit, and a creamy, toasty richness of brioch.
