By sun drying the grapes, Barbadillo have ensure that sugars become very concentrated indeed- hence the sweetness. If you haven’t before, we highly recommend pouring over ice cream! ### Product Description Barbadillo released its first sherry, a Manzanilla, back in 1827 giving the family now nearly 200 years to hone its skills and refine each of the extended range.
