Drawing inspiration from Mondraker's downhill race programme and the proven Foxy platform, it blends long-travel capability with playful handling to create a bike that feels at home in bike parks, on uplift days and on demanding natural terrain.Built around the Stealth Evo aluminium frame, the Anark R combines durability with modern geometry and suspension performance. The frame uses hydroformed 6061 alloy tubing and incorporates Mondraker's latest Zero Suspension System, delivering 170mm of rear wheel travel. This updated suspension design has been developed to provide increased sensitivity at the start of the travel while maintaining support and stability when speeds increase and the terrain becomes rougher.Up front, the RockShox ZEB Base Rush RC fork delivers 180mm of travel, creating a balanced suspension package designed for aggressive riding. At the rear, the RockShox Vivid Coil Select+ shock provides a smooth and consistent feel through repeated impacts, making it particularly well suited to bike park riding, rough descents and technical terrain. The frame is also designed around coil shock compatibility, reflecting its gravity-focused intentions.The Anark R features a dedicated mullet wheel setup, combining a 29-inch front wheel with a 27.5-inch rear wheel. This configuration delivers the confidence and rollover benefits of a larger front wheel while maintaining agility and manoeuvrability at the rear. Maxxis Assegai and Minion DHR II tyres in durable downhill-focused casings provide dependable grip and control across a wide variety of trail conditions.Mondraker's modern geometry is designed to deliver stability at speed without sacrificing playfulness.
