Vineyard plots are purposely selected, grapes carefully handled and then benefit from state-of-the-art winery techniques, to produce a modern Verdejo expressing the great character of place that sets Rueda wines apart.Regional InformationThe Duero river runs through the centre of the famous Ribera del Duero D.O. Wine growing region to the north of central Spain. The vineyards are relatively high at 7-800 metres above sea level, and very cold winter temperatures are counter-balanced by the hot continental summer climate. The day/night & seasonal temperature differences combined with low rainfall, concentrate the grapes ripeness and bring out its flavour.
