FLAVOUR & TEXTURE: Crystal-clear Blanco with a light, clean nose of citrus peel, orange blossom and fresh herbs. Silky on the palate with slow-roasted agave sweetness, gentle minerality and a subtle wisp of smoke on a long, balanced finish SINGLE-ESTATE CRAFT: Made near Guadalajara from mature 8–10 year Blue Weber agave grown on one finca. Piñas slow-roasted for 130 hours, tahona crushed, fermented in wooden vats for 100 hours, then twice distilled for clarity and structure THE GOYA STORY: Founded by Clara Canals and developed in partnership with a family-owned distillery in Jalisco. Produced in small seasonal batches with full estate oversight AWARD RECOGNITION: Silver Medal, 89 points at the 2020 Bartender Spirits Awards PERFECT SERVE: Shake 50ml tequila with 15ml lime juice, 20ml fresh orange juice and 15ml chilli-agave syrup. Strain over ice and garnish with mint or lime. A refined base for Margaritas, Palomas and long drinks
