Retro Arms Airsoft DSG Gearbox CNC V2 8mm QSC\n\n \n\nWhen installing DSG into standard GB shells,\nstronger springs (M150 or more) are usually used to substitute the missing air\nvolume in the system and to ensure proper cycling of the gearbox. \n\nWith strong springs and shortened piston\ntravel, the piston guide rails are under significant stress from piston prying\non them under spring tension only on approximately 6\u201339 mm from their full\nusable length of approx. 6\u201367 mm, and on top of that the cycle rate is often\nhigher than 30 RPS. Those rails then tend to snap off, or slowly abrade away. \n\nOur DSG gearbox solves this problem by\nshortening the cylinder housing and the cylinder by 20 mm, replacing thus the\nunused cylinder length with useful piston rails. Like this the piston now sits\non rails with usable length of approx. 26\u201359 mm, which is significant progress.\n\nOn top of that we went a little further and\nequipped the DSG gearbox with 5 guide beari;
