RUST-OLEUM® Hard Hat Aerosols Fluorescent Topcoats 2200 Series are based on a fast drying acrylic resin. The products are based on special fluorescent pigments and are lead- and chromate free.Recommended Uses:Should be applied over RUST-OLEUM Hard Hat 2190 Flat White; for exterior applications it is recommended to recoat Fluorescent Topcoats 2200 with RUST-OLEUM Hard Hat 2500 Clear. Intended for safety marking or signalling. Should be used in light industrial exposures, normal humidity and interior applications.
