RUST-OLEUM® CombiPrimer Aerosol Anticorrosion 3369 are fast drying primers based on a short oil soya alkyd. The products contain rust-inhibitive pigments and are lead- and chromate free. Recommended Uses:Should be used on new, bare or slightly rusted steel surfaces.
