The vest will reduce heat stress and fatigue, allowing you to perform better. This product works best in low to medium humidity environments. The level of air circulation determines the cooling effect. By simply adding normal water (max. 500ml) inside the cooling vest, cooling will start immediately. The cooling effect will last from 8 hours to 3 days depending on ambient temperature, air circulation and humidity.
