This mellow yellow ready-to-use sugarpaste disc eliminates the task of rolling out your sugarpaste and getting it to just the right thickness, giving you peace of mind when decorating your cakes. The disc can be used to cover a 15-20cm diameter cake, with a height of 10cm. Alternatively, it can be used to cover a cake of 20-25cm in diameter with a height of 7.5cm. Disc weighs 430g. Each disc measures approximately 36cm in diameter and 3mm thick. Preparations: Remove the sugarpaste disc from the packaging and unroll it carefully. Pull on both edges of the white foil to make it flat. Cover the cake with a thin layer of buttercream. Place the sugarpaste disc (white foil side up) carefully over the cake. Remove the foil and gently smooth over the cake. Cut off excess sugarpaste.
