Perfect for creating eye-catching marble effects. Instructions: Stir the Mirror Glaze well before use. Tip! Add any desired colour with the FunCakes food colourings. Place your frozen Bavarois cake on a rack above the sink. Important! Your cake must be frozen. For the best result, keep the cake in the freezer until right before you pour the mirror glaze over it. Pour the mirror glaze over the cake in one smooth motion.
