This is a 90-degree elbow union connector with female (Rp) threads. It is used in low-pressure applications up to 16 bar (224.8 psi). Stainless steel 316 (1.4408) fittings have excellent corrosion resistance (better than stainless steel 304). It has a flat seal made of PTFE.
