It has improved UV-blockers and a waterborne acrylic-resin system that makes it more water-resistant than regular dressings.\nWaterborne silicon dioxide dressing that is resistant to UV light and water and can be used on tyres, vinyl, plastic rubber, and leather trim.\nPerl can bring back the rich colour of faded materials, leaving behind a matte to semi-gloss finish based on the dilution level (up to 5:1).
